For providers, free to join

Get found for the patients you actually treat.

Hospitals, health plans, schools, and clinicians are searching for a provider who can take the patient in front of them. HopeConnect puts you in front of them, with a profile that reflects what you treat, who you accept, and when you can be seen.

Why providers join

Referrals should find you, not the other way around.

Six reasons behavioral health providers put their practice on the network.

01

Visibility where referrals start

Referral sources search the network for a provider who fits the patient. When you match, you appear, with the reasoning shown, so they know why you were suggested.

02

The Provider Passport

One profile that carries your specialties, populations, plans accepted, and real availability everywhere in the network, kept current in one place.

03

Referrals that arrive ready

Eligibility, consent, and assessments come attached. You spend less time chasing paperwork and more time deciding whether a referral is a fit.

04

Availability you control

Publish real openings and new-patient capacity. Telehealth is derived from the windows you offer, never a stale label somebody typed once.

05

Relationships that last

The hospitals and clinicians who send you good referrals become repeat partners. The network remembers the relationship, not just the transaction.

06

A professional network

Connect with colleagues across the ecosystem, psychiatry, therapy, primary care, schools, and refer to each other with the same visibility you get.

The Provider Passport

One profile. Verified once. Trusted across the network.

What referral sources see when your practice comes up, and what stays private.

  • What you treat. Specialties, modalities, and the populations you serve, matched against the referral reason, not guessed from a directory listing.
  • Who you accept. Plans and networks you take, so a referral source never sends you a patient you cannot see.
  • When you are open. Real availability and new-patient capacity, the difference between "accepting patients" and "accepting patients this week."
  • Credential status. Your license and credentials are shown as an honest status. Current means visible; expired removes you from routing until resolved.

What is never shown

License and DEA numbers are not displayed on your Passport. Internal validation records stay private. Performance metrics appear only once there is enough referral history for them to mean anything, we would rather show "not enough data" than a number that looks fine but means nothing.

Straight with you

What HopeConnect is, and is not.

Providers have been burned by directories and lead-gen schemes. Here is the honest boundary.

We connect referrals. We do not sell leads or practice your medicine.

HopeConnect is coordination infrastructure. It surfaces you to referral sources who fit, shows them why you matched, and carries the referral with its paperwork. It never diagnoses, triages, or auto-decides who you see, that stays with you. And it is free for individual providers during the Founding Network, with no per-referral fees, so getting found never costs you per patient.
