We do not have case studies yet.
You reached this page expecting proof. We do not have it, and we are not going to manufacture it. Here is exactly where we are and what is coming.
What a published case study will contain.
When founding pilots produce results, this is the standard we will hold ourselves to.
Turnaround, by stage
Time from referral created to patient seen, broken down so delay can be attributed to matching, acceptance, or scheduling.
MeasuredCompletion rate
How many referrals reached completed care, closed on a recorded event rather than an assumption.
MeasuredLeakage, located
Which stages lose referrals, so the finding points at a fixable bottleneck.
MethodHow the pilot was run
Scope, configuration, duration, and volume, stated plainly so you can judge whether it resembles your organisation.
Why this page exists at all.
An empty case studies page beats an invented one.
The easy move would be a page of plausible-sounding results with anonymised logos. In behavioral health, where a buyer may act on those numbers, that is not a marketing shortcut, it is a lie with consequences. HopeConnect is pre-launch, building its founding network in Tennessee. When we publish results, they will be measured on real referrals, the sample size will be stated, and metrics below a valid sample will be withheld rather than dressed up. Hold us to that.
Be the pilot we write about.
Founding organisations shape the network and get the first published proof that it works on referrals like theirs.
