HopeConnect is pre-launch. Publishing tidy tiers we have not tested on a real customer would be a guess dressed up as a policy, and you would find out later that it did not fit. Organization pricing is scoped to your referral volume and the shape of your pilot, and we will tell you the number before you commit to anything. What is fixed and will not change: individual providers are free during the Founding Network, and there are no per-referral fees. Charging a provider per patient would break the network we are trying to build.

What happens after the Founding Network?
Founding providers keep their founding terms. If provider pricing ever changes for new members, we will say so plainly rather than quietly changing the terms underneath you.
Do you take a cut of what I bill?
No. HopeConnect does not touch your billing, take a percentage, or charge a fee per patient sent to you.
What does an organization pilot cost?
It is scoped to your referral volume and the shape of the pilot. We will give you a number before you commit, and the baseline report is yours whether or not you continue.
Is there a contract or a card to start?
Not for providers. Claiming a Passport takes an afternoon, with no contract and no card.
What if the pilot does not show value?
You keep the baseline report on your own referrals and owe nothing further. We would rather you have real numbers than a renewal you regret.
