Test it on your referrals, not on a demo.
A demo shows you what software does when everything goes right. A founding pilot shows you what your own referral process actually does, measured, and the report is yours whether or not you continue.
Scoped, alongside your workflow, and measured.
Founding pilots run in Tennessee with a focused group of organizations, ahead of statewide launch.
Scoped to your volume
We map your referral workflow and the partners you send to, then size the pilot to your actual volume rather than a package tier.
Configured to your governance
Roles, access, and consent gates are set up to your requirements as part of setup, not left for you to retrofit later.
Run alongside, not instead
HopeConnect runs next to your existing process. Nothing is ripped out, and you are not betting your referral operation on a trial.
A defensible baseline, and a real say in the product.
Two things, and we are specific about both.
- Turnaround, measured. Time from referral created to patient seen, broken down by stage, so you can see whether delay is matching, acceptance, or scheduling.
- Completion, measured. How many referrals reached completed care and how many dropped, which is the number that reflects whether patients got help.
- Leakage, located. Which stages lose referrals, so the fix is targeted instead of guessed at.
- A report that is yours to keep. Whether or not you continue with HopeConnect, you leave with the baseline on your own referrals.
- Influence over what gets built. Founding organizations shape the roadmap before statewide launch. This is the window where your requirements change the product.
- Founding terms. Founding organizations lock in founding benefits, and individual providers in your network join free with no per-referral fees.
What we are not promising.
We do not know yet what your numbers will say.
We are pre-launch. We cannot tell you that a pilot will improve your completion rate by some percentage, because we have not measured that on a real organization and we are not going to invent it. What we can commit to is that the pilot will produce honest numbers on your own referrals, that metrics below a valid sample will be withheld rather than dressed up, and that you keep the baseline report regardless of what it shows or whether you continue. If the data does not justify going further, that is a useful outcome too.
